Here We Have An Image Of The Jewel Of Rodoron7; Now To The Vast Majority Of You It Doesn't Look Like Much, But Don't Let The Looks Deceive You For There's Much More To The Jewel Than Meets The Naked Eye.

The Jewel Of Rodoron7 Is The Life Source Of The Planet Rodoron.

Many Eons Ago When A Great Natural Calamity Beset The Planet Of Rodoron, The Few Survivors That Were Left Used What Was Left OF Their Advanced Technology And Sent Ships Out Into The Galaxy To Gather The Most Powerful Source OF Energy They Could Find To Restore The Planet Rodoron To It's Illustrious Beauty.

As The Ships Were Seeking And Gathering The Energy Needed To Restore The Planet Those That Stayed Behind Began To Build The Jewel Of Rodoron This Complex Yet Simple Looking Device Is What Keeps The Planet Whole And Vibrant And Has Done So For The Past 11,000 Years.

If You're Wondering Why The Planet Rodoron Is Referred To Rodoron7 It Is Because It's The 7th Planet Of A 17 Planet Solar System, And The Only Planet That Survived The Catastrophic Events That Occurred So Long Ago.

In Memory Of The Other Ten Planets And There Inhabitants Rodoron Was Renamed Rodoron7.

The Jewel OF Rodoron7 Is Composed Of 31 Fractal Objects Comprising 14 Fractal Elements, Arranged And Post Processed Using The Photo Elements Image Editor.

Thank You Mono, That's Most Kind Of You. The Best Part Of This Image I Think Is The Triangular 3D Looking Enclosure That Developed With The Layering Of The Fractals.

probably that's the magic essence! ;-) I started a project with triangle pupils of a dragon eye. I'll soon take it online, when I'm ready. How long have you last for this work if I might ask?

This Piece If I Recall Mona Took A Few Hours To Do.

It Was Part Of Set Of Pieces I Was Working On Simultaneously As I Was Working To Generate 20,000 Products For My Xzendor7 Zazzle Account Before The Close Of 2012.

Sometimes I Can Do Them Fast And Sometimes It's Like Pulling Teeth It Can Take Up To A Few Months To Finish Certain Pieces.

Thanks Vee,

Some Of The Color Enhancement Is A Simple Saturation Increase Or Decrease And Some Of It Is Due To Duplicating The Same Fractal And Using The Screen or Lighten Properties To Build Up The Color.

If The Fractal Section Becomes To Bright, I Then Lower It Using The Level Function Or Altering The Transparency Of Each Layer Of The Duplicated Fractal Element.

You're very welcome. I sometimes use that same technique when I blend my 3D work with fractals. Works really well.

Thank You Andrea, It's Really Amazing What The Flipping Of An Image Can Accomplish And The Slight Alteration Of The Color Along With It.

Another cool piece, running on from the theme of the last one, do you create the story line for the picture as a running theme or is it for something else. I can see branched out a deeper subconscious symbolic system and atmosphere working in your works and style, which I am cottoning onto, through some spiritual work I have done recently. I guess do you do your work more fantasy based or do you have a greater core symbolic system to your work. Either way they are great pieces +++

Well I Worked On All Three Pieces Simultaneously The First Work Which I'll Post Later Today Or Tomorrow I Did Partially In August.

When I Pulled It Out Of Moth Balls I Took The Red Center Section Out Of It And Started The Rodoron Piece.

I Then Got Stuck And Started A New Piece Of Some New Fractals I Created "Teratrax 917" Then Pulled Some Of The Fractals From Teratrax For The Initial Piece.

To Finish Off Teratrax I Then Decided To Use A Piece I Used In "Flight Of The Corbius" Which Worked Out Nicely.

The Storyline I Come Up With Most Of The Time Are Derived By What The Initial Set Of Fractal Outlays Make Me Think Of The Image.

Sometimes I Think Of A Storyline And Then Try To Build A Scene To Compliment It; Most Times Though This Doesn't Work And I Have Several Storyline Just Floating About.

The Images You See Are Really Of Any Deep Thought Process.

I Look At A Set Of Fractals See One That I Like And Then Start Selecting Other Fractals That Compliment My First Choice.

As The Building Process Goes On I Can Make Dozens Of Selections, Only When The Image Feels Right Do I Then Post It.

I Have Several Pieces That I've Finished, But They're Missing Something So They'll Sit On My Computer Until I Can Figure Out What That Is; When I Do Then They'll Get Posted.

I Like To Refer To My Fractal Art Compositions As "Visions Of The Minds Eye"; Nothing Is Set In Stone And All Things Are Fluid As The Third Eye Of The Mind Leads In The Completion Of The Artwork.

Yes Suzi It's A Simple Looking That Does Stand Out.

It Took Me A While To Zero In On Just The Right Choice Of Fractals For The Right Look That Wrapped Around The Central Point Of The Image.

Glad You Like It.

I do love your fractal work here. Although, it is a little hard to tell what is the jewel...is the dark red stuff the jewel?
